12 Month Warranty

  • 1.FaYa8 will accept returns for any product so long as the fault is due to a quality issue rather than customer misuse.
  • 2.The cost for shipping the product back to FaYa8 for repairing will be paid by the customer.
  • 3.Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • 4.Upon receipt of the faulty product, FaYa8 will repair it and mail it back, free of charge.


It is virtually impossible for us, as a wholesaler, to tell if a battery is “faulty”, or just simply “naturally worn out” by your own use.
Therefore the general 12 month product warranty from FaYa8 does NOT apply to rechargeable batteries.
